About Your Appointment

Thank you for your interest in Southlake Endodontics, P.L.L.C., a dental practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic care.

We are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists and look forward to being of service to you. Our expert team, led by respected endodontic specialists Dr. Todd Remmers and Dr. Michael Larsen, includes an experienced endodontic staff. We provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment.  We hope that the information provided here answers many of your questions about endodontic treatment. Initial Consultation

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial appointment:

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays your referring doctor has provided
  • A list of medications you are presently taking including dose
  • If you have medical or dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you with filing any claims.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when being seen in our office.

While we make every attempt to stay on schedule, emergencies can sometimes delay regular appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
