Insurance Policy

We make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. Our team is specially trained and can assist you in filing your insurance, assuring you the maximum insurance reimbursement. We are currently in-network with Aetna, Assurant, Cigna, Delta Dental & Guardian. We will file your insurance for you, determine your insurance benefits on the day of the appointment and ask you to pay the difference in coverage on the day of the appointment.

Your dental insurance is meant to serve as a financial aid and will rarely cover the entire dental fee. We have found that most policies cover about 35% to 60% of endodontic services, although the exact amount will vary according to the type of plan purchased by you and/or your employer.

If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff at 817-488-3636. They are well informed and up-to-date. Please give your insurance information to the office manager when you call to make your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
