From the minute I walked in the door the staff was so helpful and genuinely nice. I was in a great amount of pain and they made everything so easy! Todd and Marlene were incredible. They made me feel safe, they explained everything to me, I was covered with a nice warm blanket and they even managed to make me laugh throughout the procedure.
