Our expert team, led by respected endodontic specialists Dr. Todd Remmers and Dr. Chad Allen, includes an experienced endodontic staff. After scheduling an appointment you will receive a confirmation email with a unique username and password to complete your patient registration. If you cannot complete your registration online, there will be a team member who can help you complete it in the office before your appointment.
Our office is open during the following business hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
When you call, we will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please tell us if you are in pain or have an emergency; every attempt will be made to see you that day.
While we make every attempt to stay on schedule and minimize your waiting, emergencies can sometimes delay regular appointments. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
It is our office policy that we must have a text, email or phone confirmation 24-hours before your appointment or your appointment will be given to the next patient. We appreciate your understanding. We want to make sure that we get people out of pain as fast as possible, and this policy helps us efficiently serve the community.
Initial Consultation
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial appointment:
- Your Southlake Endodontics Referral Form and any X-rays your referring doctor has provided
- A list of medications you are presently taking including dose
- If you have medical or dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you with filing any claims.
- Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when being seen in our office.
